Brand new travel trailer perfect for a family of 4! This trailer includes a queen-size bed and two bunks. The dining table can convert to sleep a total of 5.

* You will need a brake controller and 7-pin trailer plug for this trailer. We will deny the rental if you show up unequipped with these items. NO BLUE TOOTH BRAKE CONTROLLERS ALLOWED.

* You will need a 2-5/16th" ball for the hitch.

We will include a solar panel with the rental. This is helpful in case you are "off the grid". You will be able to charge the battery during the day plus it has USB ports for charging electronics.

We are happy to provide information regarding campgrounds and nearby towns in Colorado. We have camped throughout the state and have first-hand information on many campgrounds.

This bunk bed trailer has everything but is light enough to be towed by any half-ton truck and some SUVs at only 3300 dry weight.

* We can be flexible with pickup and drop off times.

* We have a hard side kayak that we will rent for $50. Included adult and child life vest and paddle. Must carry in back of your truck.

* 2000 watt Honda generator (53-59 dB) is available for rent. We will send it out full of gas. Must be returned full or there will be a $50 refill charge.

We are happy to deliver the trailer to your campsite and pick it up within a 100-mile radius of Centennial, Colorado. We will discuss delivery to a further location with you. Delivery will need to be arranged on an individual basis as our schedule allows. Delivery and pick up cost is (each direction, calculated from our home to delivery site):

0-25 Miles $75 ($150 roundtrip)
26-50 Miles $125 ($250 roundtrip)
51-75 Miles $175 ($350 roundtrip)
76-100 Miles $225 ($450 roundtrip)
Over 100 Miles - negotiable

The following items are included with the travel trailer: utensils, cups, and plates; cooking pots and pans; basic cooking utensils; one full propane bottle; toilet paper; Paper towels; trash can and trash bags; broom and dustpan; Keurig coffee maker and French press (useful if you are not in a site that has electricity). Please ask us if there is something else that you think you will need and we will see if we can provide it.

Propane bottle must be brought back full or there will be a $50 refill fee.

Black and gray water tanks must be brought back empty or there will be a $100 dump fee.

We will provide cleaning supplies, sanitation pellets or liquid for the toilet (required after each time you dump the tank), broom and dustpan. The inside of the trailer needs to be as clean as when it was picked up or there will be a $75 cleaning fee.

NOTE: We will help you find locations where you can dump and refill the propane tank if you cannot do it at your campground.

We will provide all training needed to operate the trailer. We also have a booklet that we have put together with easy instructions in case you forget. You can also call us at any time and we will do our best to walk you through the process.

This trailer is not designed for off road use. Gravel and graded roads to campsites are ok but the trailer is not for backcountry use.
