Live

Live (1998) captures Thunder in a pivotal moment—gritty, urgent, and completely unfiltered. Recorded during a period of renewal following the arrival of new bassist Chris Childs, this live album showcases the band’s raw determination and musical firepower. It’s not a polished, pristine live record—and that’s exactly why it endures. There's an edge to every note, a hunger in every chorus. Fans are right there in the thick of it, singing along, cheering through extended solos and spontaneous stage banter that add an electric sense of immediacy. This release draws heavily from the band’s first four studio albums and includes timeless fan favorites like “Love Walked In,” “Backstreet Symphony,” and “Dirty Love.” What sets Live (1998) apart is its ability to capture Thunder’s essence as a live act: passionate, loud and unapologetically rock and roll.
