Designed in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, the Hyperlac typography is a tribute to ten years of life in the L.A.C. squat. It's based on stamps found in an uninhabited house, then inhabited for 7 years by Bisou and his friends. The stamps were used to make the cute-punk posters for the concerts organized by the collective. The new version keeps the punch of its history, Hyperlac is an impactful and cheeky typeface, modern and versatile.When it came to redesigning the stamps, Bisou discovered some surprisingly sweet details that make this typeface rich in discreet subtleties. These little variations make it human and warm. The digital version makes it perfect for record sleeve titles or concert posters.
