Black Rectangular Solid Wood Desks

Let's start with the materials. This desk is made entirely of solid wood, sourced from imported New Zealand macrocarpa. These trees take 30 - 60 years to reach maturity, ensuring that the wood is of the highest quality. The natural pine resin gives the wood a unique, pleasant aroma, while the beautiful, clear wood grain adds a touch of elegance to any space. To enhance the durability of the wood, it undergoes a high - temperature fumigation treatment. This process not only increases the hardness of the wood but also prevents it from being infested by insects or developing mold. As a result, the desk remains stable and strong over time, resistant to deformation and cracking. The desktop is made by horizontally cutting large boards and then carefully matching the grains before. This technique not only creates a smooth, continuous grain pattern but also ensures the structural integrity of the desk, making it less likely to crack. The 80 - centimeter - wide desktop provides a spacious working area, while the 5 - centimeter - thick tabletop gives it a solid, substantial feel. The edges of the tabletop are rounded and finely polished with a sloped edge, eliminating any burrs. This not only makes the desk more comfortable to use but also reduces the risk of injury. Additionally, the bottom of the tabletop is designed to make the most of the space, allowing you to store small office supplies and keep your desktop clean and organized. The V - shaped legs of the desk are another highlight. Inspired by the stability of the triangle, these legs are made of solid wood and are thickened for added strength. They provide excellent support for the desktop, ensuring that the desk remains steady even during heavy use. Finally, the desk is finished with a two - component low - odor paint. Made with water - based, environmentally friendly ingredients and using water as a diluent, this paint emits no harmful substances during evaporation. Compared to single - component water - based paints, it offers a fuller, more durable finish that is highly resistant to wear and water. Wren Decors Size: 29.53" H x 78.74" W x 31.5" D
