Wines from Cabernet Sauvignon are often aged in oak barrels, which enriches them with oak aromas and ennobles. Chocolate Cabernet is the most dry and essential chocolate, aged in burnt oak, containing green pepper, spices, sprinkled with dried mushrooms and blackcurrant.
