These terms set out the rules for using the Pricelists.org service, operated by BUSINESS FLOW LTD (the “Operator”).
Using the Service constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Definitions
2.1. Service — the website available at pricelists.org and all its subdomains.
2.2. User — a natural or legal person using the Service.
2.3. Seller — a User who has created a Seller account to monitor prices and manage offers.
3. User account
3.1. To use certain features of the Service, a User may be asked to create an account.
3.2. The User is required to provide true and up-to-date information.
3.3. The User is responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.
4. Services
4.1. Pricelists.org provides price-monitoring, market-analysis and data-integration services.
4.2. The scope of services may vary depending on the selected plan.
5. Rules of use
5.1. Using the Service in a way that breaches the law or good practice is prohibited.
5.2. Automated data collection outside the provided API requires the Operator’s consent.
6. Liability
6.1. Price data on the Service is informational and may differ from prices in stores.
6.2. The Operator is not liable for purchasing decisions made on the basis of data from the Service.
7. Payments and invoicing
7.1. Paid plans are billed according to the pricing.
7.2. Invoices are issued after each payment and available in the user panel.
8. Intellectual property
8.1. All elements of the Service, including the logo, layout and software, are protected by copyright.
8.2. Data is made available under the terms described on the Licenses page.
9. Changes to the terms
9.1. The Operator reserves the right to change these terms for valid reasons.
9.2. Users will be informed of changes at least 14 days in advance.
10. Final provisions
10.1. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by generally applicable law.
