Japanese footwear label Mizuno has had a busy few months. Following its recent collaborative shoe in celebration of Footpatrol’s 20th anniversary, Mizuno has also landed collaborations with the likes of Hajime Sorayama and Patta while releasing regular apparel drops in between. Now the footwear specialist is taking things back to basics with a new solo collection entitled the “Desert Meditation Pack.”

Featuring three new iterations of its Wave Rider 10, Wave Mujin TL, and Wave Prophecy sneakers, the new collection takes inspiration from embracing open landscapes and self-reflection.

The Wave Mujin TL has adopted designer, Tuan Lee’s initials — which are debossed into the design — as this version of the shoe becomes the sixth installment of the series. This new edition combines the age-old sketches from the original design and merges them with a Michelin outsole that has an enhanced grip, designed for agile and outdoor excursions.

WAVE MUJIN TL is inspired by the unreleased trail running silhouette in the 2000s. The sneaker comes with a nylon, mesh, leather upper and a Michelin rubber outsole.
