W monografii wnikliwej analizie poddano przepisy ustawy o działalności ubezpieczeniowej i reasekuracyjnej oraz stanowiska krajowego i europejskiego organu nadzoru. Omówiono aspekty związane z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych oraz danych objętych tajemnicą ubezpieczeniową. Na tej podstawie dokonano oceny dopuszczalności, warunków korzystania i efektywności kształtujących się standardów stosowania outsourcingu w technologii cloud computing wśród zakładów ubezpieczeń w Polsce.
