This naturally processed Colombian is fruit forward and popping with strawberry, peach, hibiscus, and has a lovely floral and sweet finish! This is a great example of a cleanly processed natural geisha that has high clarity and layering with complex acidity. We think this is a really easy coffee to drink the acidity presentation is heavier making each sip super enjoyable! We suggest you rest this coffee for at least 3+ weeks before brewing. From La Cabra and About Jorge Andrade: Jorge Andrade is not a generational coffee farmer. He is, however, an accomplished farmer, with a deep understanding of nature, plant health, and the development of excellent quality fruit. His approach to coffee has been shaped by this, and some unexpected circumstances in his life. Picudo, as Jorge is known, was a fruit farmer in northern Colombia for many years, based in the border region between Colombia and Venezuela. The clean stone fruit character and bright and complex florals in this Geisha would almost suggest a washed process, but for the heavy and rich notes of tropical fruits and strawberry, with incredible clarity.
