Rosette Detail At Hip And Ruching Across Bodice. Excellent Vintage Condition! Just Needs A Good Steam To Place Ruching Where You Want It. Tagged Vintage Size 9, Approximately Size 4/6. Hard To Show Measurements Since The Back Is All Smocked And Stretchy. Waist Stretches To Approximately 28” And Bust Approximately 35” Lying Flat. I Think It Would Best Fit Between A 4/6 So That Contouring Is Flattering But Not Too Tight.
