Santiago, Chile. This is the view from the top of the look out at St Lucia Park. There is nothing like being in a city and being able to see snow capped mountain tops in the near distance. (45 bus ride takes you to the Andes Mountains). As incredible a place as Santiago is, the city has unfortunately been built in a valley, which has trapped the smog and pollution over the years.
