STYLE: Each piece of Artisan Brown is thoughtfully hand-painted with care by Colombian artisans and offers chefs beautiful farm-to-table aesthetics. Artisan Brown features modern coupe and rimmed dinnerware, along with other interesting and engaging shapes. Fully vitrified and with high alumina and rolled edges. CHIP- AND SCRATCH-RESISTANT PORCELAIN: Fully vitrified porcelain with high alumina content and rolled edges on round pieces create the most durable porcelain available for the commercial foodservice industry. USES: The Artisan Brown porcelain dinnerware collection is produced for commercial foodservice, and is also ideal for making beautiful dishes for the family table at home. CARE & MAINTENANCE: Wash in the dishwasher with liquid detergent (avoid granulated detergent) and pre-soak to release any dried on food with bleach-free detergent. Use soft sponges to clean, avoiding scour pads as they will scratch your dinnerware over time. Can safely be used in microwaves, oven, on the stove, under a salamander or broiler. G.E.T.
