Doomed!

First full collaborative album from Open Mike Eagle and Kenny Segal after nearly twenty years of friendship and occasional collaboration, Doomed! marks the first complete body of work from one of underground rap’s sharpest writers and one of its most trusted producer-collaborators. Strong built-in audience crossover connecting multiple buyer bases: Open Mike Eagle fans, Kenny Segal followers, Backwoodz Studioz customers, Project Blowed/LA underground heads, and fans of Kenny’s acclaimed work with billy woods, Hemlock Ernst, and other left-field rap artists. High-concept breakup album with a clear retail hook gives stores an easy, memorable story to sell: a half-whimsical breakup album framed as an absurdist black comedy mini-series on wax.
