Album `Live Evil` został wydany w 1982 roku, a materiał powstał podczas trasy promującej poprzedni album Black Sabbath - `Mob Rules`. Wersje koncertowe zostały zarejestrowane podczas występów w Seattle, Dallas i San Antonio. Niektóre utwory na tej płycie różnią się od studyjnych nagrań, m.in: do `Heaven And Hell` został dodany tekst, `Voodoo` jest wzbogacone improwizacją Dio, a na `War Pigs` znalazła się solówka Vinny Appice`a na bębnach.
