I Would Say These Are Great For A Narrower Foot And For A Size 7 More Than A 7.5. I Have Only Worn Them For 2 Races And Some Light Training. They Are In Great Condition. They Come With 2 Insoles. They Are More Sturdy Then Cushioned But Do Give A Good Amount Of Bounce When Running. Honestly They Are Just Too Narrow For Me. They Have A Lot Of Mesh To Keep You Cool.
