Product characteristics:
Food supplement with sweeteners PROFESSIONAL L-GLUTAMINE (Lemon Flavour) is a l-glutamine amino acid with the addition mixture of carbohydrates. The product is intended for athletes whose muscles are exposed to a long and intense physical load.
RECOMMENDED USE:
Two servings daily. On training days one serving in the morning after waking up and one serving immediately after training. On rest days one serving
in the morning after waking up and one serving at a bedtime.
One serving is 5g of the product (1 scoop) dissolved in  250 ml of water or juice.
Note: For better solubility, dissolve the product in water or juice and shake for 30 seconds in a shaker.
Recommended daily portion is 10 g.

INGREDIENTS:
70% L-Glutamine, 15% Maltodextrin, 10% Dextrose, aromas, sucralose - sweetener, citric acid - acidity regulator,  quinoline yellow - coloring for the lemon flavor.
The product may contain allergens such as milk, soy, wheat, eggs, celery and  charlock.
WARNINGS:
The product cannot be used as a substitute for a diversified diet, intended mainly for active people or sportsmen. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Children, pregnant or nursing woman must not take the product. Balanced diet and healthy lifestyle are recommended.
