Merlot - jest odmianą, która w klasycznym wydaniu występuje razem z Cabernet Sauvignon w coupage Bordeaux. Coraz częściej jednak traktowany jest jako samodzielny szczep dający ciekawe gładkie, mięsiste i zamszowo taniczne wina. W jego bukiecie odnajdziemy śliwkę w przeróżnej postaci – świeżą, suszoną, wędzoną czy wysmażoną w postaci marmolady, znajdziemy także niuanse kawowe i kakaowe. Mało kto wie, iż słynny Petrus, uważany za najwyższą klasę Bordeaux, jest zbudowany w 100% z właśnie z Merlot. Nasza czekolada jest połączeniem świeżej i suszonej śliwki z espresso w masie czekoladowej.

Merlot - is a variation that in the classic edition comes together with Cabernet Sauvignon in the Bordeaux coupage. Increasingly, however, it is treated as an independent strain that gives interesting smooth, fleshy and suede-cheap wines. In his bouquet we find a plum in various forms - fresh, dried, smoked or deep-fried in the form of marmalade, we also find coffee and cocoa nuances. Few people know that the famous Petrus, considered the highest class of Bordeaux, is built in 100% from just Merlot. Our chocolate is a combination of fresh and dried plum with espresso in chocolate mass.
