Moje oczarowanie pocztówka trwa od dzieciństwa, od kiedy zacząłem przeglądać zbiory swojego taty Henryka, który oprócz widokówek zbierał także znaczki pocztowe. Barwne kartki z duszą minionych lat oraz miejscami, których już nie ma lub ewoluowały przez lata, pozwalały przenieść się w inną przestrzeń lub inny czas. […] Album "Przechlewo i okolice na dawnych pocztówkach" przedstawiający gminę od końca XIX wieku do 1945 roku powstawał ponad dwa lata. Co jakiś czas znajdowałem nowe karty pocztowe, aż uzbierało się ich ponad sto. Nigdy nie spodziewałem się takiej liczby. Prezentowaną kolekcję stanowią wyłącznie pocztówki, które miałem w ręku, żadna z nich nie pochodzi ze źródła internetowego.

I have been fascinated with postcards since my childhood, when I began to browse through the collections of my Dad, Henryk, which consisted of postage stamps as well as postcards. Those colourful cards, with the spirit of bygone years, showing places which no longer existed or which had evolved over the years, made it possible to move into different space and time. […] The album "Przechlewo and its surroundings on old postcards", presenting the municipality from the end of the 19th century to 1945 took two years to complete. From time to time I found new postcards, and in the end collected more than a hundred of them. I had never expected to find so many. The collection presented here includes only the postcards which I handled; none of them have been downloaded from the Internet.
