Tech Support: Error Unknown is a simulation adventure game with challenging puzzle mechanics where you play as a tech support specialist that gets tangled in a sinister conspiracy. You're just doing your job, resolving simple customer issues, and all of a sudden you uncover something that was best left hidden. Now you're in the middle of a conspiracy, and there are many ways that you can take. Join your employer and help them with their plans, become a member of a rogue hacktivist group that is trying to bring them down, help the police with this whole situation, or go forth as a lone wolf and pursue your personal goals. Tech Support: Error Unknown gives you access to various computer software which you use to solve the issues of your customers. But, you can manipulate these programs for personal gain if you choose to do so. The system can be hacked if you want to unlock its full potential, GPS can be used to locate lost phones, profiles can be scanned in order to find information that lets you blackmail the customers, and all kinds of other options are available as well. The game features a novel procedural dialogue system that you use to talk to customers and your colleagues, a complex sandbox computer environment where you get to pick how you handle each situation, multiple sides to join that unlock new gameplay, many different major and minor endings which can be unlocked, and more!
