Hideous Aftermath

Hideous Aftermath is the next savage step for Ohio death metal iconoclasts Sanguisugabogg - a record that sharpens their signature brutality while cutting deep into uncharted extremes. Produced by Kurt Ballou (High on Fire, Nails), the album delivers gut-churning heaviness on tracks like “Rotten Entanglement” while twisting into industrial frameworks on “Repulsive Demise.” With guest appearances from members of Peeling Flesh, Full of Hell, and Cattle Decapitation, Hideous Aftermath doesn’t just uphold Sanguisugabogg’s reputation for filth and ferocity—it expands it. Equal parts primal and experimental, this is death metal with no regard for limits: raw, relentless, and unapologetically grotesque.
