RECOMMENDED USE:
One serving daily. On workout days one serving immediately before training. On rest days one serving in the morning after waking up.
One serving is 6 g of the product (1 scoop) dissolved in 250 ml of water or juice.
Note: For better solubility, dissolve the product in water or juice and shake for 30 seconds in a shaker.
Recommended daily portion is  6 g.
