Product characteristics:
Food supplement. PROFESSIONAL HMB 1400  is a product containing HMB, whose source origin is  β-Hydroxy β-methylbutyric acid in calcium salt form. This short-chain fatty acid is produced from an amino acid (L-Leucine) after each intense physical exercise or as a result of long-lasting stress.
Each one portion 2 capsules contains 1400 mg of HMB.
RECOMMENDED USE:
Two single serving daily. On training days one serving in the morning before a meal and one serving just after the training. On rest days one serving in the morning before a meal and one serving in the afternoon before a meal.
One serving 2 capsules, swallow with 300 ml of water or juice.
Recommended daily portion is  2 capsules.
