Festivals:
BURNING MAN: We love Burning Man, but let's be honest, the festival completely destroys RV's (hence most owners will not allow any rentals during Burning Man). While i will rent for this festival, please be mindful that there is a significant cost to clean, replace or repair units after Burning Man - generators need to be completely rebuilt, sand is EVERYWHERE - so we have to charge accordingly. For Burning Man (any rental between******************/02/2019) our rate is $360 day with a $2,000 security deposit - minimum 5 day rental.

Coachella:
04/11/2019 thru 04/22/2019
our rate is $250/day with a $1100 security deposit - minimum 3 day rental

Stagecoach:
04/25/2019 thru 04/29/2019
our rate is $250/day with a $1100 security deposit - minimum 3 day rental

Delivery fees:
Delivery Fee (0-50 Miles): $125.00
Delivery Fee (51-100 Miles): $250.00
Delivery Fee (101-150 Miles): $375.00
Delivery Fee (151-200 Miles): $500.00

Late Return Fee: $20/hour, or an additional day will be charged past 4 hours.

The following items will need to be provided at least 14 days of prior to pickup:
-copy of driver's license (person must be present on pickup)
-tow vehicle registration (Minimum towing capacity needs to be 8,000 lbs.)
-camp site reservations (If available)
