This book discusses recent advances in otology physiology, otology surgery, and otology internal medicine. In the part of otology surgery, perioperation, surgical management, and surgical principles of otitis media, middle ear cholesteatoma, Meniere's disease and other diseases is introduced in detail. In the part of otolgy internal medicine, not only the examination methods related to audiology, such as interview strategy, vestibular function examination, bedside physical examination, etc., but also benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, Meniere's disease, vestibular migraine, sudden deafness, central sensitization syndrome, tinnitus, etc., is discussed. It will be a helpful reference for practitioners in otology. The translation was done with the help of artificial intelligence.
