Dovetail Nightstand In Java

Vaughan Bassett’s Dovetail Nightstand In Java from the Dovetail Collection brings a warm transitional look to the bedside with the natural character of oak on full display. Built from American White Oak solids and White Oak veneers it features a rich Java finish and a patent-pending aging process that highlights the bold grain while preserving natural splits cracks and knot holes for an honest reclaimed appearance. This two-drawer nightstand is detailed with an English dovetail design at the top front corners adding a handcrafted touch. Custom-designed hardware completes the look while the drawers glide smoothly on self-closing under-mounted dual steel ball bearing guides for easy everyday use. Made in the USA with a focus on authentic materials and American craftsmanship this piece also reflects Vaughan Bassett’s long-term commitment to replanting trees used in furniture production. An anti-tip kit is included and it complies with ASTM International F2057 a voluntary stability standard for clothing storage furniture
